Smoothie with berries!


Smoothie with berries:

    The coming summer compels us to eat as much fruit. And if you're a person more picky and do not like fruit, I recommend a delicious berry smoothie. Prepare easy, fast and secured a portion of health!


 Ingredients:
  - 300 g berries (the period that you can use fresh fruit)
   - 250 ml yogurt
   - 1 tablespoon honey

 Preparation:

Yogurt, fruit and honey in blender and put mixes for 5 minutes. If you want to turn this into a smoothie snack, cereal before you add content to mix.
