Apple cake with caramel cream



             Apple cake with caramel cream(preparation time:60 minutes)

   A simple and delicious recipe for apples cake with caramel cream. Ideal for days when you're craving something sweet.

    Ingredients:

-1 kg of apples
-200 g of sugar
-1 tablespoon water
      For the flan:
- 4 eggs
-500 ml of milk
-6 tablespoons sugar
-vanilla essence


   Preparation:




       Melt sugar mixed with water until it becomes golden. Obtained coat with caramel cake pan, wearing and walls. Allow to cool, then place apples, peeled and cut into medium slices. Give the tray in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until apples soften.
 
Meanwhile prepare the composition for cream caramel. Beat with whisk eggs with sugar. Add milk and vanilla essence. The obtained mixture is poured over caramelized apples and give back tray in the oven until the cream încheagă.
 
For crust mix eggs and sugar, add oil, essence and flour. The dough obtained is poured into the tray over cream curdled. Tray goes back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. When baked, leave cake to cool, then invert on plate. Can be decorated with whipped cream and almond flakes.
