Amaranth pudding with honey and lemon
If you feel like a healthy pudding you can confidently call this combination of amaranth. It is filling, you can flavor depending on your taste and please the whole family.Ingredients:
-1/2 cup amaranth
-1 cup milk vegetable
-lemon peel
-honey
-ginger powder to taste
Preparation:
Put milk to boil with lemon peel and amaranth. Allow pot to simmer and cover.
After about 20 minutes after amaranth absorbed water, remove from heat and allow to cool.
When pudding is warm mix honey and ginger powder.
